PURPOSE
This document regulates the general terms and conditions of contracting between PRFM OLFACTIVE EXPRESSIONS SL and the user (hereinafter, the Client), applicable to transactions made through the website https://www.rosendomateu.com, whose domain is owned by PRFM OLFACTIVE EXPRESSIONS SL.
The resale or distribution of ROSENDO MATEU products purchased on this website is strictly prohibited. For commercial inquiries or orders, contact the ROSENDO MATEU sales department via the phone or email provided above.
ACCEPTANCE
Upon order confirmation, a page with the details and order number will appear. Additionally, an email with the confirmation and order details will be sent, followed by another email with the corresponding invoice and updates on the order status (preparation, shipment, delivery). Orders are processed within two business days, with estimated delivery times of 2-3 business days in Spain and 3-5 business days in Europe, the UK, Switzerland, Norway, North America, and Canada, among others.

PRICES

For shipments outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties will be the Client’s responsibility. For the US and Canada, orders include Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) service. DELIVERY

For shipments outside the EU, the Client will bear additional customs costs unless specified otherwise, such as in the US, where DDP service is provided. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Client may cancel their order at no cost if communicated before the order is handed over to the carrier. Once received, the product can be returned within 15 business days of delivery, provided it has not been opened or used and retains its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for customized or unsealed products.

JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW
Spanish law will apply. Any disputes will be resolved in the Courts and Tribunals of the Client’s residence or Barcelona, as applicable. Consumers may also approach the corresponding Consumer Arbitration Board.
