From which countries can I buy online?
We ship to the European Union, North America, and Canada. We also ship to countries such as Croatia, Romania, and Andorra.
Unfortunately, we do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Gibraltar, Melilla, Russia, Serbia, or the Virgin Islands.
Is shipping free?
We offer free shipping on orders over 100€. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will apply.
Where is my package?

Returns and Refunds
What is the return and exchange policy?
All returns must be processed within 15 business days from the receipt of the order. Please note that items must remain unopened, unused, and with their original packaging intact. If you would like to initiate a return, contact us as soon as possible at info@rosendomateu.com.

What is the concentration of Rosendo Mateu fragrances?
At Rosendo Mateu, we work only with the finest raw materials to create our fragrances. The collection we call the “Main Collection” has a concentration of 20%, while the “Black Collection” is 25%. Our Rosendo Mateu Elixir 5 has a concentration of up to 30%.
How can I obtain Rosendo Mateu samples?
All orders include an additional complimentary sample. We also invite you to discover our Discovery Set, where you can select 5 samples of 2ml each that you like the most.
